Ashley Shreeve serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Goldenwest Federal Credit Union. She is responsible for leading the organization’s human resource strategies and functions, including: employee benefits and compensation; talent acquisition and retention; employee relations; employment law compliance; employee development and training; and, business continuity planning.

Ashley began her career in the financial industry in 1998, and joined the Goldenwest team in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, is certified as a HRCI Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), and holds the designation of Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Ashley is a member of the National SHRM association and the Salt Lake SHRM chapter. She volunteers in the local community, working with youth and families who suffer with addiction. Ashley resides in Mountain Green, Utah with her husband, Brad and her son, Landon.
